By accessing https://funsport.online, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

funsport.online is an independent fan project that displays football tournament information from third-party APIs and adds fictional AI commentary. We are not affiliated with FIFA, national federations, broadcasters, or football-data.org.

Match data, scores, and schedules depend on external sources and may be delayed or unavailable. AI-generated text is for entertainment and may be inaccurate or inappropriate if uncensored mode is enabled.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Sign-in links are personal — do not share them. You must provide a valid email address you control.

You agree not to:

• break applicable laws or infringe others' rights;
• attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service;
• upload malware or abuse AI chat, APIs, or notification systems;
• misrepresent affiliation with FIFA, rights holders, or funsport.online.

Custom team names and descriptions you submit remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and display them to provide the service, including passing them to our AI provider when generating commentary. Do not submit unlawful, hateful, or infringing content.

Optional sponsorship unlocks commentator chat for the current browser session via a sponsor token. Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Acrodis Europe. Prices are shown before checkout. Sponsorship is a voluntary support payment for digital features, not a donation to a charity unless explicitly stated. Refund requests may be considered at our discretion — contact hello@funsport.online.

Uncensored commentator mode may include profanity. You must be 18+ to enable it and confirm your age when prompted. We may disable the feature if misuse is reported.

The funsport.online name, design, and original code are owned by VL / Acrodis Europe. Tournament names, logos, and official marks belong to their respective rights holders. Football data is used under football-data.org terms.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VL / Acrodis Europe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, third-party data outages, or AI-generated content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

We may suspend access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to VL / Acrodis Europe's place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes should first be raised at hello@funsport.online.
